Infrastructure Administrator

Must have

Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment, including Active Directory, GPO, and Terminal server/RDP.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations, Cisco switches, routing, and firewalling.
Ability to design and implement secure IT network components.
Familiarity with O365 tools such as Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Experience managing Windows server environments, including DHCP, DNS, and Print servers.
Experience supporting security tools and systems like ISE, ASA, and VPN.
Minimum of three years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Communicative proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
Ability to work in international teams.

Construct, maintain, and develop IT infrastructure components such as LAN/WAN, Cloud, WiFi, MPLS/SDWAN, printing systems, VOIP, and backup systems.
Manage IT equipment installation, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
Collaborate with third-party support providers for server infrastructure, Cloud services, printing, and WAN.
Provide second-line HelpDesk support for maintaining the current infrastructure.
Monitor and ensure the availability of IT services.
Liaise with various units to define business needs in IT systems.
